What do we mean by Turn Key?

Partyfield provides your event with all the infrastructure, facilities and equipment. We have run cables and pipes throughout site so you are never too far from a water outlet or power point, we have various toilets on site and by toilets we mean proper flushing loo's! Here is a key break down of whats provided as standard. 

 

  • 5-acre fully serviced site

  • Luxury marquee - fully insulated and lined. Cool in the day, warm in the night. Dimmable floral chandeliers, carpet and rustic walls throughout

  • High end Function 1 speaker system with Martin Audio processors and amps - ready to plug into. DJ's not required system!

  • Fully licensed bar & bar Staff

  • Wild Wood - includes outdoor wooden platform with power and lighting. 

  • Wooden Teepee - with bluetooth sound system and lighting. 

  • Various fire pits & bbq

  • Outdoor Festoon lighting 

  • Coloured Spotlights - Multicoloured spotlights lighting up the trees around the site and in the surrounding woodland

  • Outdoor furniture (picnic tables and rattan furniture) 

  • Flushable Toilets

  • Hot showers

  • 3 phase electricity and mains water

  • Ample car parking for up to 300 cars

  • Fully licensed for music and alcohol. 12 midday -11pm Sunday - Thursday, 12 midday - 12 midnight Fridays, 12 midday - 1am Saturday.

Our bar is completely carbon neutral, we are working to become carbon neutral across site. Last year we planted over 500 trees on site to help offset our impact on the planet. Find Out More
